MS. KELSEY GOMEZ

Kelsey’s practice is concentrated at the intersection of corporate law, data privacy, and emerging technologies. She spends her days advising startups, mid-sized companies, and well-established businesses. Kelsey helps clients navigate complex legal landscapes with strategic clarity and precision.

She routinely advises clients on corporate governance, and commercial transactions, while also advising on compliance with privacy regulations, including the GDPR, CCPA, and other evolving data protection frameworks. Kelsey’s background in technology law makes her a trusted partner for companies operating in fast-moving sectors such as SaaS, health tech, and AI.

Kelsey received her law degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. Her legal studies focused on corporate transactions and regulations, and continued with the niche focuses throughout her internships. Kelsey clerked for Judge Archie C. Brown while he served in the Business Circuit Court in Washtenaw County, Michigan. She also went on to intern for captive counsel of an insurance company, providing her with experience in understanding how to navigate insurance policies, as well as what to look for in terms of coverage. Prior to law school, Kelsey attended school in Michigan and managed small businesses, providing a unique insight into the daily functions of startups, as well as their struggles.
